Preparing for SFTR Reporting: A Breakdown of the Guidelines

Preparing for SFTR Reporting: A Breakdown of the Guidelines

Securities Financing Transaction Regulation (SFTR) reporting is rapidly taking shape as firms prepare to report with a phased in approach from April 2020. The latest milestone is the publication of ESMA’s draft SFTR Reporting Guidelines in late May. These extensive draft guidelines are subject to a consultation period but even in their current state will form a basis for firms to build their SFTR reports.

SFTs have never been subject to transaction reporting and as a result, these changes are having a significant impact across the industry.

In this webinar, CSS, in conjunction with Kaizen Reporting’s SFTR reporting expert Jonathan Lee will guide you through the ESMA guidelines and provide valuable insights into how best to prepare for an efficient, controlled and compliant SFTR reporting delivery.

Speakers:

Jonathan Lee – Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (SFTR), Kaizen Reporting
Nicklas Nilsson – Business Analyst, CSS
